„This place is seriously amazing. It has everything you could want in the kitchen, is so clean, everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Even their AI messaging bot is the best quality I’ve ever interacted with. Comfy bed, hot water with nice water pressure. Fantastic gym on the second floor and a very large, comfortable coworking or lounge space. We loved it here so much we extended our stay a night. Highly recommended. “

"sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger, sicherer Lage in Bogota, zentral gelegen, sehr nettes + hilfsbereites Personal; schöne, moderne Zimmer; das Frühstück ist gut, könnte aber in dieser Kategorie besser sein (Cappucino muss man extra zahlen ...); das WLAN ist nicht zum Arbeiten geeigenet, bricht öfters ab; die Zimmer haben keine Heizung (nur Klimaanlage) und an kalten Tagen friert man schnell, trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Der Umagng mit den Gästen ist etwas problematisch, W Lan funktionierte nicht wie angeboten (nur teiliweise) - Schuld war der Gast; Reinigung des Zimmer erfolgte nicht tagsüber sondern sollte erst nach 16 h erfolgen, wo man sich bereits wieder im Hotel befand; Gut war: Kaffeeautomat im Zimmer und das Frühstück war mit großer Auswahl"

"We liked the hotel's excellent location; shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. There was also security personnel. We also liked the gym and the rooftop terrace. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, so we can't comment on those. What we didn't like about our 8-day stay was that we were never greeted by the receptionist, and eye contact was also strictly avoided, which we found very unfriendly. The security personnel sometimes greeted us, sometimes not; the cleaning staff always greeted us and were very friendly. The gym is small; there were no towels on four days, and one day there was no water. We won't be visiting the Novotel in Bogota again. In our opinion, anyone who makes their guests feel unwelcome doesn't deserve to have guests."
