« Lorenzo was very helpful, checked us in early and helped with the bag. Perfectly located apartment ideal for a small family spending few days in Florence. The host gave us good recommendations in the area as well that was very helpful. We used small kitchen and sitting area for breakfast and coffee:tea was all provided. »

« Overall this was an excellent rental! Location can’t be beat, bright, open, airy with old world charm. Loved there were 3 full bathrooms. The three main bedrooms were large and comfortable and the 4th would be suitable for a single person or child. This was an excellent choice for 3 couples on their first trip to Florence. »

« This is a great apartment, and I really enjoyed my stay. It is centrally located, very close to Santa Croce and there are many great bars, restaurants and shops nearby and there is a grocery store on the same block. The apartment is clean and quiet. And communication with the host is really easy, and she was very accessible. The host answered my questions quickly and made everything very easy. It is a very nice apartment, I stayed there 10 days and highly recommend this apartment. »

« Lovely house and so restful after busy days. Nice to have three levels and two bathrooms - omg the soaker tu. Was divine! Excellent security, quiet nights and good beds. Modern conveniences and bonus washing machine since we had been on the road doing 6 countries and our clothes needed a refresh! Would recommend this place. »

« Beautiful renovated apartment. Original frescos on the wall combined the old with the new. Great location, many restaurants and sites within walking distance. Eva, the host, was very accommodating, responsive, and a delight to interact with. Highly recommend staying there when visiting Florence. »

« Karin, was extremely helpful as a host. If we had any questions she responded immediately. The house was very clean. If you are looking for a house with a great view of Florence just outside of the City Center this is perfect. The patio off the main floor is a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The only thing guests would want to be aware of is that the walk back to the Villa is up a pretty good hill on the street that leads to town. Cabs are very easy to access as an easy alternative. »
