« From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back! »

« We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I only have 2 complaints, which are at no fault to the owner and geared more towards the resort, the check-in process took an hour and 15 minutes. Check-in was at 4 and we didn't get to our room until almost 5:30 because they were so busy so you may not want to make any plans for arrival night. Also parking is a nightmare. You have to be back at your room around 5 and not leave again to be able to get a spot even...

« My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. "Les chambres ont une double exposition, un balcon côté rivière, et une fenêtre côté route hyper passante. Le bruit est 24/24 h. Malgré une touche de rénovation les chambres sont tristes et ce n’est rien du couloir les desservant. La piscine est sinistre. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et le personnel peu aimable. Je regrette mon choix, il y a certainement mieux. Les deux points positifs sont le parking et le balcon avec ses deux fauteuils."
