« The check-in didn't work out smoothly but I can forgive this. The room price is reasonable but the toilet has a bad smell of mould which is a major problem. »

« The hotel is well located, in the heart of Kazbegi city centre, rooms are spacious, clean, the hotel overall is neat. We paid 55€ a night for a family room, I think this is an excellent quality price ratio! Would definitely come again! »

« The front desk was so rude shouting at me because I pressed the bell twice because nobody responded, and he made fun of my accent. I will never forget what happened that day. »
