Earplugs

Upon arrival, I found earplugs in the bedroom. I found out that this unit is above a bar that gets very loud. Luckily, it did not affect my stay since they are closed on Mondays. The host was very responsive with messaging. I would prefer to get the entry code earlier than one hour prior to arrival, just in case something goes wrong.

Great Stay

Perfect location for downtown Grand Rapids, apartment was really nice apart from the bathroom fan which did not turn off and was quite noisy. Contacted the host and they said maintenance would check it. Otherwise an excellent stay!

We chose Grand Rapids as a mid-week getaway. We liked the location of this apartment as it was easy to get Ubers & visit some breweries. We ended up at Mojo’s (a few doors down) for their dueling pianos show & had a great time!

Perfect location in downtown GR

This condo is located in the best part of downtown GR. We stayed there for the Tim McGraw concert. It was perfect for the four of us ladies. Very spacious and comfortable.

Excellent stay!

We rented for one night to go to a concert in downtown Grand Rapids and everything was perfect! We were able to park right across the street from the apartment and walked everywhere we went. Had dinner at Flannagan's, right below the apartment and was able to put our leftovers in the fridge before going to the concert since our place was just above us. Apartment was clean, price was fair, host was easy to communicate with and definitely will keep this place in mind for any future events in downtown Grand Rapids, highly recommended.

Nice flat for 2 couples. Living room rug is dirty and stained...moved the coffee table slightly, only to find lots of leftover goodies under it. Might want to speak with cleaning crew. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This is an amazing location for a rental in GR. It’s walkable to all the major downtown attractions. The space is large and the beds are very comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit too if you’re staying longer. Like other reviews state, it is directly above a wonderful bar, Flanagans, whose staff are top notch. We were out and about for most of the evening and we’re never bothered by any noise. There’s a major coffee chain right across the street for a morning boost. And the parking deck nextdoor made for safe, covered parking overnight ($35). Definitely will be back for any adult nights out in the future!

Clean, Very Accommodating, & Close to Everything in the Heart of Downtown GR

My brother and I stayed here for two nights for a wedding that was in downtown GR, and it was great! The host, Bryce, was extremely helpful and informative about everything, and would reply quickly if you needed something. It was so nice to have so many things within walking distance, or literally right outside of the condo that you could go check out, or good restaurants to go to. The place was super clean, was supplied with a few free drinks and snacks, beds were very comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The only complaint I have isn’t anything the host can help with, but wanted to leave this in my review for anyone who may be a light sleeper or who isn’t used to living in a condo or apartment (especially in a city) where peace and quiet isn’t always a given. One thing that tipped me off right away that we might have an issue with noise was the earplugs that were sitting on the nightstand next to the bed, which my brother and I took as a bad sign, but the first night (Friday) wasn’t too bad. I actually didn’t hear anyone walking around above me, but I could hear the bass from the music from the nightclub below. I have a white noise machine app that helped drown out most of it. The next night though (Saturday) was pretty bad. Could hear people moving around above me when trying to sleep, and also the same music from the nightclub below, and once I was finally able to get to sleep, I was woken up by the music playing so ridiculously loud that I could feel the bass vibrating and my white noise machine was useless at that point. Also, since this is a loft and the ceiling is exposed, expect to hear water come rushing through the pipes above you at any given moment to scare you half to death lol. Again, there’s literally nothing the host can do about this, but wanted to make anyone who reads the reviews aware, just in case. This would actually not keep me from staying here again UNLESS I actually needed to be up for work the next morning or something like that. Aside from the noise, we really enjoyed our stay!
