Great location. Unit is in the last condo building before the Gulf Shores Start Park starts. Lots of open beach without the crowds.

The balcony was nice but if sitting or lounging the railing does obstruct the view. The boardwalk to the beach is right below unit so not much privacy while sitting on the balcony. The kitchen was not very well stocked with utensils. The AC unit is very loud while running! But overall the unit was nice and beds were comfortable.

Beautiful view. Very peaceful. Balcony and location was the best. Some updates / maintenance to the unit are needed from normal rental usage to the couch & lamp shades in living room, mirror in master bath. Washing machine didn't work while we were there but notified Scott right away on that.Indoor pool area is in need of updates as well.

Outstanding experience, from first contact to checkout. Communication with Scott was excellent. Condo was great, clean, prefect view and level. Everything we needed was provided. We are already looking at booking another trip!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the beds are comfortable, and we really enjoyed having our meals out on the spacious balcony. It was nice to have such easy access to the beach and rinsing station.I would not describe the condo or the property as luxury. The condo needs a deep clean and updates. The pool area needs renovating, especially the drainage system. There was standing water all around the pools and hot tub during our entire stay.Scott was very kind, responsive to concerns, and scheduled a handy man to fix a few issues during our stay.

View was great. Scott was nice. But couch was not as pictured and very uncomfortable. The place was not cleaned very well before we got there. Sand was all over the floors. Had to brush our feet off before we got in bed unless we wanted to sleep in sand. The condo did not have satellite tv, just wifi streaming tv which didnt work 90% of the time and only on the living room tv.

Good and Bad

We booked this condo for a week long vacation. There was both good and bad things about our stay. First, we’ll start with a good. The location is amazing the balcony over overseas the beach and ocean and the view is really really nice. It is close to local eateries And the condo seemed mostly clean. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication with the host was easy and quick.Now for the bad, we had to wait over an hour outside while the cleaning people finished up so the room was not ready for us after a 15 Hour Dr. The condo is definitely not “luxurious” by any means. I would say half of the condo is semi upgraded and half of the condo is relatively older in regards to fixtures and appliances. The ad states thousand square foot. I would question that seems a bit small but here’s the real kicker, the condo advertise that it sleeps six people When we got there. There was no pull out sofa so a third of my party had to sleep on a tiny chair in an uncomfortable couch the first night after contacting the host he bought a 40 blowup mattress from Walmart to accommodate us. The refund that he gave us was 200 for the “inconvenience “ That’s hardly reimbursement for a third of the people having to sleep on a blowup mattress for a week.Overall, I give the condo three stars edging towards four had the listing been accurate and actually slept six with a fold out couch. It would be four stars.Luxurious, no. Standard beach, condo, yes. Would I return to this condo, no.

Quick Family Trip

Loved the location right beside Gulf State Park. It is also the last condo so it isn’t as congested. Plenty of space - pools could use and update but they were adequate. Both beds slept great!

Nice

While I would not describe this condo as a luxury condo it was fine for myself, my husband and sister in law. I agree with some of the previous reviews about some minor upgrades to improve it overall, but for us we mostly stayed on the beach and ate meals and slept here. It was a busy time of year so get a spot on the beach early. Nice being next to the state park. Restful and enjoyable.

Will definitely be back! The balcony view is absolutely wonderful. We saw dolphins several days while there. Beds were very comfortable which is not always the case in house rentals. Condo had everything we needed and Scott was clear in his instructions for check in / check out. Hope we can make another trip before summer is over! Thank you for hosting us!

Great location!

Fantastic location next to Gulf State Park. Easy beach chair rentals and not as crowded on beach. Condo is nice with what you need. Balcony is perfect but furniture out there desperately needs new pillows. “Luxury” is not the word I’d use for this property but perfectly nice and excellent location.

Beach getaway

Condo was clean l, beds were comfy, and the balcony is everything. You can hear the sound of the waves from it and its such a relaxing hang out spot. Ease of walking onto the beach was great and the beach was never busy, which we prefer. My only criticism is the lack of beach gear. For those flying in, having chairs and beach towels would be great. The chairs for rent are expensive and it was more economical for us to buy chairs and towels at walmart and leave the chairs behind. This was by far our favorite beach vacation yet.

Beautiful view

I would like to say thank you to Scott he made everything very easy for us . His communication with me was excellent! The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was great . The only thing that was negative would be the furniture could stand to be updated not very comfortable couch or chair in living room. But we had a great time thanks again ! We we’ll definitely go back !
