Golffront Traum drei Schlafzimmer / zwei BĂ€der Wohnung. Diese Wohnung ist eine Eckeinheit mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf und die weißen SandstrĂ€nde. Sie können aus der Anlage direkt auf den Strand gehen. In der Mitte des Komplexes befindet sich ein Außenpool, den Sie genießen können. Innerhalb der Einheit gibt es drei gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Fernseher. Beide GĂ€stezimmer haben ein Queensize-Bett. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit und eine gerĂ€umige, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, um eine schöne Mahlzeit wĂ€hrend Ihres Aufenthalts zu kochen. Was a great stay! The housekeeping did an Amazing job with everything being spot less! Wasn’t happy about not being able to check in until after 5:00 pm. When it clearly states 3:00 pm when making reservation and making payment. Travelers need accurate times for check in.

My wife, adult daughter, teen son and dog stayed at Regatta condos. They're pet-friendly, so I was a little worried about the cleanliness. There was absolutely no problem. Unit was very clean and very nice. Right on the beach. Access was very easy. Several restaurants were walkable and very good. Beach services (parasailing, umbrellas, etc.) were also very close. Everyone at the condo (employees and guests) as well as service people were very helpful and friendly. The complex is small (3 stories), which we prefer. Weather and surf cooperated. It was a perfect week. Thanks, Poole Team and everyone!

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Could use fixing of the cupboards that stick, hole in the floor that should be fixed by the fridge. Was a little smaller than we realized. But we loved the balcony and the views of the beach. We liked that the pool was heated. Great location and easy to walk or ride everywhere

Overall our stay was wonderful! The unit was clean. There is no possible way to get all of the sand out of a beach unit, so yes a little sand here and there. Loved the balcony and the rooms were spacious. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in from a rental. I did message the owners several times through the Vrbo app and never got a response. So I called Poole & Associates to ask my questions before booking. Also there was no where that mentioned it costs $58 for a 2nd parking pass. That needs to be in the listing.

Very nice condo. Owners were prompt to come out and clean dryer vent when asked. Ceiling on the deck leaks which was very annoying as cushions got soaked when it rained. Otherwise would rent again

This is unit is in an older condo complex. The unit has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The balcony fronts directly on the beach for a great view. Especially when the Blue Angels go flying by at eye level. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants. With so many positives it was disappointing that the condo had not been cleaned very well. There was sand on the floors throughout the unit and it was obvious the areas under the sofa bed and tv console had not been swept in a while. Also we were only provided with very minimal supplies for our stay unlike other condos we have rented through VRBO. Think two rolls of tp and a single roll of paper towels for a week. We had to purchase coffee filters, hand and bath soap, paper towels and tp for our stay along with extra dishwasher detergent. If you want to wash a lot of clothes you will need laundry detergent as the condo only provides a very small amount. In total we would only rate this condo as a three star based on the negatives.

Fabulous view from back deck. We loved the rockers. Christmas Day temperature was 70 and we waded in the ocean, watched the swimmers and enjoyed the breeze. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The break was very nice. Poole and Associates were very helpful. Thank you!

The place was right on the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. Spent every night on the balcony watching the waves come in. Only problems we had was we paid pet fees for 2 dogs but they were not allowed on the beach and no canopies were allowed close to the water, wish we knew that beforehand.

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo, however, there was construction going on above us, which was a little annoying. Wish we would’ve been told by the property owners that that was going to be going on during our stay. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Regatta before, and it is a perfect location for beach access and walking to restaurants and shopping, but 201B exceeded our expectations! The rooms are bright and roomy and beautifully decorated. Very clean and owners are wonderful. And the view is amazing! We will definitely rent again!

5 star vacation! Regatta 201B was a lovely property for my family and me to rent for the week. There were 5 of us in addition to 4-foots, and we had plenty of room. We had an early Thanksgiving at the beach, with turkey and all the fixins'. Clean and beautifully furnished, great location, and Poole and Associates(Kim) get high marks from this gal. Would definitely recommend and also stay here again!

The place was "as advertised". Clean! (There is always some residual sand in a place like this, so expected, but very minimum). View was amazing and able to see sunrise and sunset each day:). We had an issue one day with AC not kicking in due to a patio door sensor issue, but maintenance came same day to remedy while we were out and about:) All appliances in good working order. Beds comfy. Kids had a blast and loved the SHORT walk from beach back to room to grab snacks, drinks. VERY close (walking distance) to the main square. Highly recommend and will definitely consider booking again!

It was a little odd that we had to go all the way to the property management to get the room code, usually it’s sent by email. The floors in the kitchen feel very weak and soft, it was alarming. The living room TV did not work, which was very inconvenient. I even went an bought a Roku so we could watch tv and it still didn’t work. The toilet in the master bath hardly flushes. The walk to the beach was short and the views were great. I would not pay this price to stay here again.
