The 20-foot-wide, 154 square foot Gulf front balcony is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. Begin the morning with coffee overlooking the water, then return in the evening to relax as the sun goes down. Updated balcony furnishings provide comfortable seating for enjoying the view throughout the day.

Inside, the condo feels more like a thoughtfully maintained second home than a typical full-time rental. The professionally designed living room features an Italian leather sofa, comfortable swivel chairs, a leather recliner, curated artwork and a clean coastal style.

The refreshed second bedroom features two twin beds that can be positioned together for added space and flexibility. A 75-inch smart TV anchors the living room, with additional smart TVs in both bedrooms. High-speed fiber internet makes it easy to stay connected throughout your visit.

Ocean House consists of only two buildings, and this condo is located in Ocean House I. Many owners live at the property rather than rent their condos, creating a more relaxed residential atmosphere. Even during peak season, the complex generally feels quieter and less crowded than many larger Gulf Shores resorts.

One of the property’s greatest features is its large zero-entry Gulf front pool, heated for year-round enjoyment. Guests also have access to a kiddie pool, grill area, gazebo and shaded seating areas.
