Great Vacation

This was a great condo for us 6 adults. It was clean and spacious and the perfect location. A few minor things could be improved. The entry key pad numbers kept getting stuck which made it hard to enter at times. It could use a few more pans to cook and a few more kitchen towels. The room closest to the front door was very warm. It was like the air wasnt flowing in there even with the fan on. There was a broom but no dust pan. Other than that, the other rooms were great! The master room was huge! Lots of closet space and drawers. The living room was spacious. At times we had 12 people in there with plenty of space. The deck was great with two tables and chairs. Perfect loacation

The lighthouse was a great spot for our family to stay for our baseball world series! The unit was clean when we arrived and contact with the property manager was very easy with quick response. The unit condition was good, beds were comfortable, kitchen could use a few items to cook, etc. The only downside of this particular unit is that it is located right next to elevator and you can hear the noise everytime someone goes up or down. Overall, it was a great spot. Was within walking distance to restaurants and shops and getting to the beach was a breeze.

Wonderful fall vacation

We have rented condos at the lighthouse before. We love the location and the condo layout. This condo was neat, clean, just as described. Pam is easy to work with. We will visit Lighthouse again and plan to rent from John and Pam in the future.

Family Vacation 2023

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. We loved the location, and the ocean view from the balcony is amazing. We had a small issue in the kitchen, but the owners answered my call immediately and had someone there to fix it in a reasonable time. Everyone had a wonderful vacation, and my 3-year-old granddaughter had a blast on her first beach trip. Thank you John and Pam!!

Great Condo!

The condo is beautiful, great location, and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a full bath. We were there to go to the Hangout Festival, which is less than a mile away. We enjoyed this condo very much and will be back again!

Family Fall Break Vacation

Everything about condo 404 was amazing. the view, cleanliness and how the condo was stocked. We had someone in the condo next door smoking pot which was not very nice but we reported it to the office and we didnt smell it again. The only negative was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tubs. When we asked why the pools and hot tubs were so dirty we were told they were short staffed. Pam I have nothing but positive comments for you and your condo. I just thought you would want to be aware of the problem with the maintenance of the pool and hot tub area. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo, great location, and wonderful property manager!

This condo is the perfect place to spend a vacation on the beach of Gulf Shores! The decor is tasteful and appropriate. The condo is spacious and accommodating. The location, the property itself, and the atmosphere are all wonderful! Everything was comfortable, ascetically appealing, and just what we had hoped for. The large balcony was a plus, and we truly enjoyed our 10 days here. Above and beyond the condo itself, the owner, Pam, was a joy to work with! She is gracious, kind, and was always easy to contact with any questions. When I think of the term "southern hospitality", she exemplified it completely!
