    Recently updated, Unit 305A features a kitchen with granite countertops, Luxury Vinyl flooring, and an inviting, relaxed decor. The spacious bedroom is bathed in natural light and has a luxurious King bed. The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach and has a pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Perfect for a fun filled vacation at the beach, this condo complex includes a boat ramp and 2 piers on Little Lagoon, first come first serve boat slips, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a covered grilling area by the water, and 2 lighted tennis courts with pickleball. It really is the ideal getaway spot for guests looking to experience all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

    -- The complex has ample parking for your cars and boat trailer. There is a $30.00 Parking registration fee for cars and a $30.00 boat registration fee (that includes parking, boat launch, and fcfs boat slips) paid upon arrival.

Great Condo! Clean and kitchen is equipped. Great communication from the host and very responsive. The private beach is not the best but the location is close to public beach and other attractions. The office staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I wouldn't say it was luxurious, but it was nice. It had what it listed as amenities, kind sparse on the silverware but since it was just two of us we made it work! The view was beautiful of the ocean off the balcony. Entrance door had a nice view of the pool and some of the lagoon. As for clean, a few thing’s need attention. At first all looked good, then when getting ready to shower we noticed the outside of the shower curtain was moldy, tub is older but it was clean.Exhaust fan was loud, looked up and it is covered with dust. Door vent for the AC was dusty and looked like the furnace/ac filter need to be replaced. We would have put a new one in but the two in the closet were used.I would suggest to leave some sort of directions on how to use the TVs. We don’t watch much but wanted to see some local news as weather was coming in.. do we get take out or chance going out?? :)We did not have a problem with shutting the door but could see how someone could. Had to use the booty to make sure it clicked shut and when leaving had to pull hard to hear the click before locking. But no other problems! Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit! So handy to get clothes washed before going home and now we don't need to pack as many clothes next time! Enjoyed a few late afternoons/evenings at the pool and it was very nice and clean. Chatted with all the friendly people. Received door code the AM we were to checkWould book again.
