This place is wonderful and we would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and close to town.The rooms were very spacious. We really enjoyed our view of both the beach and the bay and the very nice pool and hot-tub.

Spring Break 2025

The location was noce, check in was fast and easy and the condo was how it was described online. I expected the outdoor pool to be heated and warmer. If it had been the place would have been perfect! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but I would rather been outside enjoying the sun while they swam.

Great location

I loved this condo! It was very comfortable for all of us to stay in. It was a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The beach was not in a crowded location so it was mostly quiet. I had children between the ages of 8-14 with us so I didn't want to be where there would be too much "Spring break commotion" for my kids to be exposed to, so this was the perfect location. I wanted to stay on a budget so we cooked all of our meals at the condo and there was a blender for frozen drinks. There were lots of dishes to cook with and eat on. The only thing that wasn't there was an air fryer and a pizza pan, but I figured there wouldn't be those items so I brought my own. Just a little tip if you want to sit down and do your makeup in the master bathroom bring a lighted makeup mirror with you. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this condo. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great lagoon view! Gulf beach closer than advertised.

Nice big roomy condo. Need rubbermaid bowls with lids. Maybe some sharper knives. Need sunblocker shades in master bath (gets warm during the day).

The Perfect Family Getaway

We stayed in Bel Sole (Unit 403) for five nights. The check in process was smooth. The condo was beautiful and was spacious enough for our whole crew (ages 6 to 46) to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with the basics, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a blessing. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was definitely a bonus. The unit held 10 of us comfortably. Parking was fine. The condo association would only allow us 2 parking passes. That was an inconvenience b/c one car would have to park off site each day/night. I wish there was a loophole around that. Bel Sole is located directly across the road from the beach and has a conveniently located gated walkway which allows Bel Sole residents to have quick, easy access to the beach. Behind the condo, we found the swimming area (an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub). These were only steps away from the lagoon and pier. I loved being able to watch my kids at the pool while enjoying the beauty of the lagoon. Our crew loved early morning and late evening fishing off the pier. My daughter caught a jellyfish and my son in law caught a sting ray! Late a night, we would slip across to the beach for some sand-crab hunting. We created many wonderful memories during our stay at Bel Sole. Highly recommended! We would love to stay in this unit again!

Golden Girls’ Beach Trip

Property was spacious, beautifully decorated and held amazing view of the back bay and distant view of the gulf. Fabulous! There were four of us, we could have easily added four or more with plenty of room.

Family weekend wedding 2023

Excellent stay! This was my family’s 5th stay at Bel Sole. We enjoy the slower pace towards the end of the island and the open layout of each unit. Several of my other family members enjoyed units onsite as well as we all drove down for a wedding. Bel Sole continues to be our choice for a safe & family friendly environment. Maybe one day I can be an owner & enjoy this area more often. Our unit and some of our others were able to utilize beach chairs which was very beneficial. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.

Beautiful, spacious condo

This condo was roomy and stylish. It was really nice having balconies on both the north and south sides of the unit. There were plenty of towels, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient. Nice location with access to the beach right across the street. The property had ample parking and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and dock/pier right on the lagoon. It was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation!

Beautiful property!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The condo has beautiful views and is so spacious! It was just a short walk through the parking lot and across the street to get to the beach! Beach area was not crowded at all and very private. Would love to stay here again next summer and would recommend for anyone.

Not clean!

We have stayed at Bel Sole many different times over the years. This will be the last. Trash in the beach chairs, behind the bedroom doors and under the beds, linens on one bed were wet, coffee machine missing parts, sand on the floors, old ketchup on outdoor furniture and wet urine spots on toilet seat.

THE BEST FAMILY CONDO- minus the company property management company

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this condo. It is absolutely the best! We love how big the condo is- you never feel claustrophobic because there is so much space. The master bedroom closet has beach chairs you can use which is a plus because we could barely fit any in our car to bring. Our main attraction to this condo is the fishing pier. It is amazing! We caught fish using frozen shrimp and bait off the entire stay! (Mainly late at night). It was so peaceful. The only negative about this condo is the property management. I had seen a previous review about it and I 100% agree with the check in process. It makes no sense. 4:00 is already a late check in and you can basically go ahead and say- check in time really isn’t until 4:30 because the place to get the keys is 30 minutes from the condo (mostly bc of traffic). I did email to see if we could get in earlier and the company emailed back quickly and let me know that we couldn’t- which I understood. The problem that I had was- we got into town and decided to go by and try to get the keys.(I did know we were early but we still had to go by Walmart and get groceries and to be honest I didn’t think we would actually be considered early at 3:15). It was 3:15 when we got there. We walked through the door and the guy (maybe owner) asked our names and said “oh so you’re here early” or something smart to that nature. Instantly we felt the lack of professionalism. We were then told how busy they were- which would seem like a good thing for his company because that would mean he was making money- but he seemed upset about that? He did call to see if our condo was ready and it was- but my point is- we got our keys at 3:15. With traffic it was a 25 minute drive to our condo. (3:40) After we unloaded our car and got everything packed on it would have easily been 4:00 pm- when you would think you would be able to check in. I do say all of this to say I am sure this is the condo’s check in process and written in emails to us.. whatever it is- it should be fixed. We are hoping another condo in this building is ran by another management company because it is a great place to stay!

Check in Process

Everything was great except check in process. We got in town a little early (1:00pm). Nobody was at the office. When I called the number the guy was extremely rude and told me he would be at the office at 4 because that’s when check in was. Which meant we actually didn’t get to check in until around 5. Even if check in was 4:00, it would have been nice to have the key when we got there rather than driving back across town to get it at the time we should have been checking in
