„Overall, my stay at the resort was good. The location is fantastic—being just steps away from the beach was definitely a highlight. The food was great as well, with no complaints there. While most of the staff were helpful, I did encounter a few who weren't as friendly or welcoming as I would have liked. That said, others made up for it with their attentiveness and professionalism. „The hotel was amazing. This is my forth time visiting Roatan and out of Mayan Princess & Infinity, this one is the best one. Rooms are cleaner and better. I also want to note that, in their hotel, they have a nice restaurant called "Alera'' and they have amazing servers. I was very impressed with the service given to me and my family by Tairy and Ernesto. Both of them made my stay even better.“
