« Wonderful host. Neat and tidy room. Nice bed and bath. Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Convenient to both SRQ and LWR. Great communication with hosts. Refrigerator needs repair and there’s no light inside the fence, so it’s very dark entering at night. Easy fixes. This place was perfect in every other way for this business trip. »

« Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. »

« The accommodations were great! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Used the gas grill several times. Also used dishwasher and laundry and both worked great! It was in a nice neighborhood- we took a 3-mile walk everyday on the only sidewalks we really seen in the area. Did have a 10 min drive to beach and parking was an issue but that is Florida. Explored the area for different restaurants and found some good ones. If golfing is your thing, golf course very close. Overall enjoyed our stay...
