« The property is nicely located inside the gate of Punta Mita. It is close to the village and the beach clubs are easily accessible. The property is exactly as pictured and amazing. We had breakfast made for us daily and this was a favorite for our family. »

« Pros: -Location is near the beach -Spacious condo -Property manager is responsive -kitchen stocked , however one dish towel for 10 days and no washer ! Need to do hand washing. - good size bedrooms and baths. Cons : -Sofas and area rug are stained and dirty -No washer or dryer -Furniture is uncomfortable and very sparse -Slider on patio window is broken -Bathrooms plumbing is unreliable. -No deadbolt on main door , one key to lock the door when you are out or inside the condo. Very odd set up....

« Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Le condo était assez grand pour notre famille de six. Très commode d’avoir piscine et la mer dans le même emplacement.Tout est à proximité: épicerie, restos. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée ex: tôle à cuisson pour le four, planche à découper. Nous aurions apprécié avoir une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée malgré les raisons sanitaires qui empêchent cela. »

« The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! »

« This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. »
