Familienhotels Central Illinois

„The nicest hotel in the area. Well maintained. Only negative is layout is so large if you get a room at the rear of the hotel it is a long way to the lobby for older folks. We always stay here when in the area. It has been here a while but it looks almost brand new. Keep up the great work and service and we will always be back!!“

„Clean rooms. Helpful and courteous staff. Neat breakfast area.“

„Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast with wide variety, very much a surprise for a hotel of this size.“

„Betten und Laken sauber jedoch das Badezimmer nicht. Es hing noch Unterwäsche über der Duschstange daher weiß man ja, wie gut dort geputzt wurde.“

„The staff and housekeeping was on point! Very friendly, always greeted us when we came in from going out daily and wished us a great day when we left. The room was nice size and cleaned daily. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely ...

„Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or ...
