« I thought the property was disgusting. Stained carpet. Left over food by the pool left out all night. While eating in the restaurant a mouse ran by us into the kitchen. The floor in the shower in my room was so slick I had to put a towel down so i didnt fall. We were told by the manager of the restaurant that the entire hotel had a bad rodent problem. I cant believe Ramada has anything to.do with the place. »

« The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. »
