„Found this when when looking for places to stay for my daughter’s orientation at ISU.Location is convenient, literally 1.5 miles from campus. Check in was seamless, the place, while cute and cozy, was equally comfortable and someplace that you wanted to hang out at after a long day. Hosts were wonderful about communicating and gave some great recommendations. „We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. “

„Overall we had a very nice stay. The bathroom on the main floor has several large cobwebs that my husband walked into. There are several rules to follow, which does make a person, especially someone with children, feel restricted. Not all of the outlets work & found this out after I found by plugged in watch & phone dead the next day.The property owner was easy to contact. The surrounding houses were fine.All in all, no real issues.“
