« We loved staying here when we visited Chapel Hill- The place is convenient to everything and the staff is welcoming. They did a nice job over graduation weekend and made us feel special! »

« Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming. »

« The room is a very small suite. It would be tight for four people.The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. »

« When I checked in the front desk did not register my vehicle which resulted in a parking ticket on my windshield in the morning. When I called and asked about it, front desk person was matter of fact and not pleasant. I had to pay the ticket from a QR code. Would have been much nicer if this was taken care of at check in. I had 2 incidental charges on my credit card. When I called, front desk was almost rude. Room was great! »
