Perfect location with lots of history

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Great parking! The beds were comfortable. Short walk to a shared pool and super convenient location. Right near the Truman Little White House. We loved the chickens and iguanas. I stayed there for my birthday and Samantha was super helpful.

Our family of 5 had an exceptional stay. The townhouse was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen that made our stay even more convenient. The property exceeded our expectations in every way - spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and perfectly comfortable for our family. We're already planning our next trip to Key West!

This rental is exactly as described. Great communication with management. Check in was smooth. The binder with all the details/information and suggestions for places to eat etc. was nice to have. We have stayed in the Foundry before and love this location and the roominess. The condo was clean and well stocked. Short distance walk to pool, park, beach, Mallory square and many other things. We had an excellent stay!! Would highly recommend this rental.

If you are looking to concentrate your Key West vacation in the downtown area then this quiet retreat is the perfect place for you and your family. Away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk away when you are ready to experience the many shops, bars and restaurants in the downtown area. Also close to Mallory Square.

Key West vacation

The property was amazing, quiet at night, walk to Duval St and much of Key West. 2 minute drive to the best beach on Key West, you could easily walk or bike if preferred. Charlie Swift, the Concierge which we had access to with Last Key was also great, Christian the property manager was helpful and available. The annex needs a key to access after 6PM but, we liked the security, privacy, and quiet that provided. Overall, the experience we had was excellent. We could relax when we wanted, hit downtown with a 5 minute (truly 5 minutes) walk for dinner, Key Lime Pie or a few drinks. Our family gives the property our highest recommendation.

Great Place

Wonderful, clean, updated historic property in Old Town Key West. I have stayed in Key West about 18 times and this was the nicest, or tied for the nicest, place. The location is excellent being in the Truman Annex, just a short walk to most anything in the Old Town area. Well appointed with a full kitchen, and guests leave unused coffee pods and such for the next guests. Very nice.

Very clean. Second time staying in Truman Annex. Feel that it is the best place to stay. Close to old town, beaches, activities. Biked everywhere from this location. Very quiet. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend!!!

This place has everything you need and plenty of space for 4-6 people. We basically walked or biked everywhere we needed to get to. 2 blocks from duval.

Fantastic property in a beautiful and secluded area of Key West. The location was perfect, walking distance to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Small touches like numerous bath and beach towels were appreciated. Although the pool on the property certainly wasn’t large by any standard, it was clean and refreshing and it never crowded during the week we stayed. My family and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The property was wonderful and the communication was outstanding. On the 2nd day we found the dishwasher wouldn't start, called the property manager, and it was working that afternoon. One person in our group had a sore ankle so we called the concierge for a golf cart recommendation. Not only did he recommend one but put through a reservation so all we had to do was show up. We had a perfect vacation.

We had such a great time and our stay in this home exceeded our expectations by far! Just a couple blocks off of Duval, within walking distance of anything you could possibly think of that you would like to do. Also, they are there to take care of your every need no matter what, just a text or call away and the response time was almost immediate! I will say the only issue that we had was with parking/security. We were informed to get a parking pass for our vehicle from the front gate to place in the front windshield to notify security that we are supposed to be there, but every time that we went by the security house there was no one to be found, and we went by there A LOT! On our last night we were in the process of writing a note when someone came to our door and was going to tow our car because it was not marked, when told that we have made several attempts to get a pass for our vehicle they were quite rude and told us that what we were saying could not be true, there is always someone in the security house. Either way, our car was not towed and all was well by the end of it, but for future reference, MAKE SURE YOU GET A PARKING PASS NO MATTER WHAT! Honestly, that was the only draw back we had the entire time, great house, and even better location, we will definitely be back!

Good Place But PARKING ISSUES was a Grey Cloud !!

The place was good Lots of stairs. We liked the location and the condo but we were put off when security marked our vehicle as too long and wouldn’t allow us to park on property. Nothing over 20 ft. My vehicle is 19.6 ft. A 2019 Chevy 2500 Silverado. There was a Lincoln aviator station wagon on site that was just as long that didn’t get flagged. Go figure!! The staff was awesome until they realized that we had this issue that they were powerless to do anything about…I brought to their attention and then they no longer as friendly or available—because they messed up. We had to park each day far away and walk like a mile plus away. 18 plus minsutes. Of additional walking each way!! For those considering to stay here I recommend asking for a copy of the Official HOA RULES— something no one was able to provide to me but told me tha lt they would. Get for me…. LOL . We stayed on site for a week. So if you have a vehicle that is a little longer than not mail you should look elsewhere. I hope this helps some one in the same boat as me.
