„We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. „Great and quick communication with the hotel before arrival. I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me.
