« Our stay was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and some. Every bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well taken care of, which was perfect after a long day of enjoying the town. At the house you could watch the waves from the front window from across the street. « Jorge is a great host, and we are very thankful we had the opportunity to rent from him. Weird, right, that I know his name? But that's Jorge. « We had a wonderful weekend getaway to the OBX and once again stayed at the HGI (my wife's favorite). Our deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing we can say is that the HVAC system in the room is extremely loud and that it disturbs our sleep when it turns on and off during the night. Raven at the front desk was friendly and efficient at check-in and when I reported a leaky sink in the room. Rates are a bit pricey, but so is everything else these days. »
