« We had a wonderful weekend getaway to the OBX and once again stayed at the HGI (my wife's favorite). Our deluxe room was clean and comfortable. The only negative thing we can say is that the HVAC system in the room is extremely loud and that it disturbs our sleep when it turns on and off during the night. Raven at the front desk was friendly and efficient at check-in and when I reported a leaky sink in the room. Rates are a bit pricey, but so is everything else these days. »

« This place is awesome. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is a great place to stay. Very clean inside and the staff is great. Rates are great, especially in October which is when I go. The parking lot could be difficult if you're driving something big like an Expedition, but it's no problem for my car. I'm hesitant to review because I don't want it to be sold out next year! »
