« I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation.
