"Un séjour qui mérite pleinement 5/5. Le Grand Hotel est idéalement situé, à deux pas du magnifique QC Terme Palazzo Berzieri. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre, située dans la partie ancienne de l’hôtel, ainsi que le charme général de l’établissement. Le spa de l’hôtel est exceptionnel. Il faut simplement bien vérifier les horaires et les conditions d’accès selon les jours. Mention spéciale au personnel du spa, très professionnel et attentionné, et à Vincenza pour un massage absolument remarquable. Le solarium et la petite piscine extérieure sont également très agréables. Le petit-déjeuner est riche, varié et excellent. Ce fut un vrai plaisir d’y déjeuner chaque matin : le maître de salle est particulièrement attentif et toute l’équipe est professionnelle, souriante et très aimable. Le seul point vraiment en retrait concerne la réception, que nous avons trouvée froide et peu accueillante. Nous aurions notamment apprécié d’être informés dès notre arrivée de la réduction accordée aux clients de l’hôtel au QC Terme Palazzo Berzieri : nous ne l’avons découverte qu’une fois sur place, ce qui nous a obligés à revenir à l’hôtel. Enfin, le parking extérieur à 10 € est très pratique et d’un tarif tout à fait correct. Malgré cette réserve sur la réception, l’hôtel, le spa, le petit-déjeuner et les équipes méritent vraiment une excellente appréciation."
