Seasonal Information

The pool is generally open from late April through October. Pool heating is complimentary upon request but may not operate in near-freezing temperatures. Some outdoor furniture and cushions are stored or covered during winter.

Additional Guests & House Rules

An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies to overnight guests exceeding 10 guests.

Please respect our neighbors. No excessive outdoor noise, trespassing on neighboring properties, unauthorized visitors or disruptive parties.

Pet Fees
There is an additional cleaning fee of $ 75 for any number of pets. Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds. If you do, please use a blankie, especially with a shedding fur baby. The backyard is fully fenced in. Please pick up after you dog if they do their business in the yard!

Cancellation Policy
VRBO's cancellation terms allow guests to cancel right before their stay, which is not ideal for a property of this size that typically does not accommodate last-minute bookings. To address this, we offer a refund if your dates are rebooked at the rate we secure, up to the amount of your original payment. Additionally, we provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of booking, aligning with the cancellation policies of other platforms.

Parties
Our house is in a subdivision with other houses. The neighbours are not on vacation, so we do want to allow them the quiet enjoyment of their homes. Please be cognizant of the noise. We do not allow events or parties at this location. We do have other locations that are better suited for your gatherings!
