« the hotel is situated between a motorway and a ralway . We ask for a quiet room . We had a "quiet room" on the back of the hotel (not on the motorway) which was at 10cm from HUDGE motors for the kitchen ventilation as the hotel is also a pub. the fans were making a lot of noise from 8am until 8 pm ..... the hotel cl&aims to be a 3star hotel . The room was very small almost no place to walk between the bed and the walls!!! a place to avoid at any time.... »

« The hotel was welcoming, warm, comfortable, clean, though a bit dated, and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. One small negative - the breakfast service, though charming, was very slow and the order that arrived was incorrect. In the event, this was not important, but the waitress might have got it right if she had written in down ! However, a most enjoyable stopover. »
