„Staff, food, and amenities were all great“

„TL;DR: Chill, low-energy resort with good food but notable issues. Only one main pool (second is paid “Reserve”). Nights are quiet—most guests are in by 10:30. Activities fill quickly, so arrive early or risk being turned away. Resort even ran out of tequila one day. Biggest concern: money was stolen from our room by staff, and management was dismissive and failed to honor compensation. Highlights: Beautiful, well-maintained lobby and beach area. „The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. “

„Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. “

This resort exceeded all expectations, we couldnt believe how excellent the food was, the breakfast buffet is incredible, made to order omelets and everything in between! Pool bar and poolside service was stellar, you sit down in the pool area and a server immediately comes up to you and brings you anything you want and its all excellent! All of the restaurants have different offerings and each one is better than the last! You walk out of your ocean view suite ...

„This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. „The staff were very nice and accommodating! We loved our stay!“

„Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.“
