„The wireless internet service was not operational. Hot water was unavailable. The property would benefit from updated shower heads and more comfortable mattresses. Please be advised of potential construction noise in the vicinity.“

„Sehr gut “

„Nachdem mir dieses Hotel für einen Individualaufenthalt gut gefallen hat, wählte ich es zur Durchführung eines Workshops mit zehn Teilnehmern. Grosser Fehler! Das Hotel war mit dieser überschaubaren Anzahl von Gästen vollständig überfordert. „I regret to say that I was bitten by a considerable number of mosquitoes every night whilst trying to sleep, and consequently found it rather difficult to get a decent night's rest — I spent a good deal of the night fending them off. „I loved how friendly the staff are. I loved the ambiance and the food at Crave restaurant was really nice . Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer“

„Overall we had a great experience. The host was readily accessible whenever we needed assistance.“

„Wonderful people working at the hotel. Everybody were very helpful, good breakfast. Clean rooms and bath rooms.“

„I booked a family apartment with two queen beds and when I checked it, it was just one queen bed. Contacted the property manager and he wanted me to send him more money to change apartments. There were four of us, so one had to sleep on the couch and one on the floor. “

„After I paid the whole amount on expediai went to the apartment and locked us out till we paid 21000 shillings extra, I will be reaching out to expedia to get my refund…the worst place to be please don’t go .“
