„The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay. I explained that it was improper to arbitrarily up charge without ever having mentioned it ...

„Sehr neues Hotel in Kisumu. Gutes Essen und Frühstück, schöne Inneneinrichtung.“

„Always a pleasant stay. Staff is super welcoming.“

„It was not close to the airport as the sight said but other than that it was a nice place“

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Die Bilder sind sehr geschickt aufgenommen.“

„No ocean view, noisy, rooms were disappointing, no hot water, wifi was not working and there was poor communication during check in, in regards to expedia pricing vs property management wanting to charge and additional amount for the amount. “

„Convenient Location, Hotel is ok a bit outdated.“

„The staff was great!!! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was phenomenal!!! The kitchen staff were great as well, they really took care of us. “

„Very nice service from reception“
