The driveway to the parking spot is long and narrow with no room to turn your vehicle around. So you will be backing out a long distance with not much room for our rented Corolla. « The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. « This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...
