Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to a series of issues, particularly with the rooms. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had an old bathtub instead of the Italian shower we had booked, and it was only accessible by walking through an active construction area. The second room was on the first floor next to the security office, which offered no privacy, and the balcony window was broken and couldn’t be opened. The third room was slightly better, but we still struggled to open the balcony door, and the process to get this final room was long and frustrating.
We also experienced a water leak in the toilet. Despite requesting help from the front desk, no one came, so we had to shut off the water ourselves. The TV was not a smart TV and didn’t work until we requested a technician, which added to the stress.
The food was another low point. It was repetitive, lacked variety, and had little flavor. The Moroccan cuisine, in particular, was poorly prepared and did not reflect the richness of the country’s food culture.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those in the restaurant, at the pool, in housekeeping, and the entertainment team.
Despite the friendly staff, the hotel's room issues, poor maintenance, and bland food make it hard to recommend
