« First time I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and I was impressed! I traveled quite a bit in the US and usually stay at Hilton hotels. From now on, when visiting San Antonio, I will start booking my hotel stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, and great customer service! Great amenities! »

« Breakfast and kitchen were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish that the water for showering was warmer. Also, they need to repair the American Flag. It is quite tattered. The location is extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel for this price point. »

« Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »
