Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster. »

« This was an absolute wonderful stay for our entire family. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They found our booking and got us our room cards right away. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is welcoming and the hotel is super clean. Our rooms smelled great and were nice and tidy. The rooftop bar is also a nice touch! We were allowed to go up there with the kids to enjoy a World Cup game and take in the views. I would absolutely book again! »

« I have not been asked to pay a fee to obtain a basic wifi since a trip in India 15 years ago! This is where this hotel in Charlotte is stuck to: taking advantage of their business customers. I will try not to ever have to vome back there. They fully refused to make any single commervial gesture despite we had booked 3 rooms. No complementary coffee either despite this is also quite a standard towards USA. »
