"The staff were all very helpful, Lavinia, the restaurant hostess was most gracious in handling a post wedding group who were quite tardy. The room was quite large and well set up. We will certainly use the Mercure group again."

"The state of the drive into the accommodation is dreadfully potholed and needs to be graded. The facility itself was freezing. We had a soiled roll of toilet paper as our spare roll in our room. I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception ..."
