You can truly feel the passion behind every design choice. Spacious, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the overall ambiance is calm and luxurious. Our room offered a charming view of the city rooftops – the perfect touch of Naples’ magic. The staff is what truly sets this hotel apart. Always friendly, attentive, and eager to help – whether it’s restaurant recommendations, arranging reservations, or offering local insights. We felt genuinely cared for from the first moment to the last. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh local ingredients, a generous selection of pastries, cheeses, and fruits, plus excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented. The hotel restaurant/bar also impressed us with creative dishes and a cozy atmosphere. After exploring the city all day, the relaxation area and rooftop terrace were a real treat. A perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy the evening breeze."

"Die Lage war super, man konnte von dort aus direkt zum Bahnhof oder zum Hafen, um zum Beispiel nach Amalfi zu fahren. Man ist aber auch schnell in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch."

"Es ist wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr umfangreich. Das Personal kümmert sich um alles. Klasse ist auch der Shuttle Dienst des Hotels. Die Ausflüge nach Neapel, an die Amalfi-Küste, zum Vesuv und nach Pompeji waren alle gut und schnell mit dem Mietwagen erreichbar. Lediglich die höheren Getränkepreise sollten überdacht werden. Da nutzt man lieber den Hotelkühlschrank. Super war auch der Hotel Pool und das nahe Meer, verbunden mit dem herrlichen Meerblick. "

"Wir waren sehr positiv vom Hotel Graal und dem Ort Ravello überrascht. Traumhafte Aussicht über die Bucht, schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, tollem Pool und im hoteleigenen Restaurant, das zwar auf den ersten Blick etwas teurer wirkt, waren wir 2x sehr lecker essen. Jederzeit wieder."
