« I booked this room based on view and free airport shuttle service. Room was nice and clean but host refused to honor the free airport shuttle saying they no longer offer that service. She refused to honor it nor give any compensation. Five days later VBRO has still not heard a response from her so they are escalating the complaint. Nice view but I wouldn’t stay in this part of town again, very few restaurants and sketchy neighborhoods along with the apartment being 13 floors above street level...

« This was a great spot for two people who needed their own space. Comfortable, quite spacious, and down to earth. Felt very much like home. It has all the amenities needed to cook and make coffee. « The loft was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully decorated, open space, breath taking view from the veranda. We could not have been more pleased, the location and ambiance allowed for a relaxing highly enjoyable stay. The host was amazingly accommodating and responded to all our questions and requests. The loft is also a very secure location with a security presence The private beach is gorgeous. We loved our stay. We will definitely be back with family. »

"I almost never compliment a hotel. I book so many. But this place is not the most modern up to date hotel I have seen but it is certainly the best placed by the marina and castel in Naples. The bar serves lovely snacks with the drinks. The pool is ideal, not too big but with a lovely pool bar and shower. They provide towels. The whole hotel deserves its 4 stars. The staff in particular are exemplary."
