„We, as a family, had wonderful experiences at this Hotel. Checkin was smooth. Food was awesome. View from the room were breathtaking, beautiful! It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. „Das Hotel war leider eine Baustelle. Swimmingpool und Spa noch nicht in Betrieb. Dafür hat der Hotelmanager ein Abendessen springen lassen. Leider hat die ganze Nacht Musik aus dem Aufzug gedröhnt und die Nachtruhe gestört. Das Essen war gut und das Persoal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, wenn auch nicht immer erfolgreich.
