Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable.
In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay. This significantly disrupted our ability to prepare for departure, as we were forced to wait extended periods of time between showers for the water to drain.
The handling of our checkout further compounded this experience. A staff member named Medina came to our door in an aggressive manner, banging loudly and accompanied by security, because we were fifteen minutes past checkout time. Her approach was unnecessarily confrontational and lacked the professionalism and courtesy expected in hospitality. This interaction was particularly disheartening and clearly reflects the standard that one would associate with AC Hotels.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable. Due to the conditions of the room, the lack of timely support, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered, we would not consider returning.
