« The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with. »

« Very pleased with our rental experience on this property. Communication prior to stay, during the stay, and at departure was flawless. The property itself is spacious, clean, appointed with quality bedding and furniture, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need in terms of glassware, dishes, utensils, etc. The pool is a step above a typical vacation rental as it is larger and deeper than what you will typical see. Our kids had a blast in the games room playing the various...

« This was the perfect place for a short weekend trip. Very clean and well maintained and the house looked just like the pictures. The entire process was very easy and there was great communication with the owner. While we didn’t get to use it, it was nice having the pool heated which isn’t usually offered with all rentals. We also loved the game table as it kept us entertained for the weekend! Would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!! »

« This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation! »

« From booking to check out, the owner and house did not disappoint. The house is pure perfection and fit our cheer team amazingly. The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! Close to stores when you happen to need something. »

« The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10! »
