« I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

« Our room was equipped with everything we needed with extra touches like a corner seating area with floor lamp, bathrobes, a wine bottle opener and mini fridge. The gas fireplace was wonderful on the chilly evenings and morning. The library room on the second floor equipped with water, tea, and coffee ensured we needn’t leave the floor for early morning beverages. Breakfast was amazing!
