« The place is small and the deck was great overlooking the lake, but only accessible thru the bedroom which was only accessible by a small spiral stairwell. We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. Bed linens were great but towels were small and too few. »

« The garbage was not emptied in the house, pizza boxes under the sink.Outside garbage overflowing too. Bad communication to access property, not smooth. Floors dirty. Sheets and towels dingy and scratchy. »

« Loved the place so much! We booked last minute for the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. This place has everything you need to feel like home. Perfect for 2 people. Everything was clean and all the places we wanted to go were walkable or a short drive. Would recommend and come back! »

« Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say...

« This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived. »

« This was a great little house with direct access to the lake. There are stairs inside the house. The outside covered area was an excellent space for meals. One king bed and two twin bunk beds. The view is exactly what I wanted. it was a nice break from life. »

« Everything was super cozy and the entrance is so beautiful. I will say a bit sad the jacuzzi had no instructions and was off, cold when we got in and lacked lighting or maybe it was just lack of instructions as well. Were looking super forward to it! But I will say hadn’t had such a great ac in a while like this one 😮‍💨 and also loved the safety aspect (baby ducks are adorable) »

« I spent my birthday at Lago Vista. Amanda South is a generous host, and despite the issues that came up, she confronted them head on and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.The house was beautiful, simple, and modern. It had many mirrors, which turned my 2 cats into 8 and gave me the feeling that I've become one of those crazy cat ladies with lots of cats.
