„I liked the building. It doesn't look like a residential building. Even with it being right in the middle of downtown. It's location is a quiet street on most nights. The private parking area was nice amenity. Checking in was very easy with clear instructions and locks being controlled by codes. Because there is no Elevator and apts begin on level 2. „Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.“

Note the bathroom is down a small flight of stairs that was not well lit at night, and the handrail on the stairs seemed lower than we expected.
