« The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would...

« Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed. »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return.
