„I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service“

„Leider stimmt hier vieles, was die Bewertungen der letzten 12 Monate schon andeuten: auf dem Parkplatz tummeln sich vermehrt dubiose Gestalten, und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb einfach unwohl. Nachdem wir uns vor dem Einchecken noch den Pool anschauten, welcher augenscheinlich schon länger keine Reinigung erfahren hatte, haben wir uns entschieden ein neues Hotel zu buchen. „Great experience, room was nice and clean, obviously a more budget experience, but a great one at that!“

„The rooms are Motel 6 standard but with intensive strange odor and cockroach visitors. The room on the side not facing the highway was not to noisy, this may be different for the rooms facing the busy highway. Staff friendly and supportive.“

„Betten wären saubere und bequem. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bad war o.k. Preisleisrung absolut in Ordnung“

„Rooms are ok for the price. Super friendly and helpful staff. I visited Starbase and it's one of the closest hotels. “

„Baby cockroaches infested. Refund was denied Expedia say it’s not under their control to decide refund. Had videos and photos of cockroaches and rust everywhere in the room. Smelt like mold“

„The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok.“
