The only thing I didn't like was how crowded it was with long waits for elevator, but that is to be expected being spring break....“

„Initially our rooms temperature was at 77 degrees. We ended up switching to another room and then that rooms air conditioning worked. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They apologized for the inconvenience and like I said before were very accommodating. “

„Sloppy check-in followed by the worst room I have seen in a long time. The wallpaper came off the wall in the bathroom (see pictures) and at 4 am the towel bar collapsed and fell down on the toilet. For a while I thought this is a bad candid camera episode but there was no camera to wave to...“

„Check in simple even though 1:00 am. Greeted with a friendly counter person, room clean, hotel areas clean, breakfast fresh and plentiful with a nice variety, staff personable and helpful, bar staff very helpful and made us feel very welcome and important.“

„Flooring is very noisy. You can hear people above you walking across their room. Likewise, when we walked in the room, it makes a lot of noise. Also, we had a room facing the road side. The road noise constant throughout the night.“

„Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. “

„I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She “
