« It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay. »

« An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom...

« Had a lovely weekend stay with my daughter. The staff were fantastic, and although we arrived a few hours early, our room was already ready. The room was chic, spotless, and comfortable. The location right on Hyde Park was perfect. A wonderful stay, we would definitely return. »

« Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est bien mais je ne vois pas ce qui justifie 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très agréable. Je suis cependant très déçu par le service voiturier, outre le coût exorbitant (420£ pour 6 jours) ma voiture m’a été rendue très sale. »

« Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. »

« L hotel est tres tres bien situé (à 2 min à pied du metro). Le personnel est tres accueillant et toujours souriant. La reception est ouverte 24/24. Concernant la chambre, il est sur que cet hotel n est pas neuf. Les matelas sont vieux mais les draps sont propres, les joints de la douche sont a refaires, les fenetres sont vieillottes et aucune isolation phonique. La chambre ne dispose pas de beaucoup de rangement (une penderie, 2 tables de nuit et quelques tiroirs mais aucune etagere ni meme...
