Awesome time spent with family! Loved the accommodations & the pool was definitely a plus for the grand children & adults. This house was perfect for 6 adults & 4 children.Night swims, family game night (every night), walking distance to ice cream and the beach was so short. Perfect open floor plan allowed everyone to be involved in conversations and activities. Definitely one of the best family adventures we have had, already looking to book next year!

A great place for a family gathering

The property affords private and gathering places throughout the house. It is a short walk from the beach. The property manager is attentive and responsive.

We enjoyed staying here. Great location, short walk to the resort pools and beach plus shuttle service if needed. Very close to restaurants and shops. Management company was responsive to our issues as well. Down side is walking through a bedroom to get to the pool and grill. Could use a dish drainer and pot holders (none provided) for the kitchen and more than one kitchen (dish) towel for a 10 person home.

Great house, great location

Our stay was excellent. We had 10 people. (5 adults, 5 kids) there was definitely enough space for us all. The house is beautiful, clean, we all loved the pool at the house but also enjoyed the easy access to the beach nearby and access to the resort and pools. Only mild inconvenience was no propane in the tank, but we emailed and let them know(we didn’t need it for the rest of our meals, so no big deal) and just needing to bring TP, paper towels, trash bags etc for a weeks stay, as we definitely went over the small amount that’s provided, but they let you know ahead of time what’s provided. Check in/check out was super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip! We will look to return sometime!

Booking and pre trip communication was great….very professional. The house was in a superb location, clean and well furnished….would rent again. You have to mind stairs though. Suggestions for owner….replace front porch ceiling fans as they are extremely rusted and we were uncomfortable running them due to fear of them breaking away, also kitchen dishes, pots and pans etc is pretty minimal….a house full of people would have issues, check all tv’s for remotes as one only had the tv remote but not one for streaming like a Roku. Back right bedroom tv would not go to a station.

The house is very beautiful and clean , the neighborhood quiet and beautiful as well. Communication with host was handled in timely manner, had little issues here and there that we were able to resolve promptly. The only issue is the house is a 4 bedrooms and one of the bedroom give direct access to the pool/ backyard And that is the only way to get to the pool.that was a bummer. We were 4 couples and once the couple that was in that room went to bed we had no choice the going back inside so they could have their privacy.

Nice house but…

The house was nice and the location great. The inside looks like the pictures but it was dirty. The floors had dirt and crumbs all over it, the couches have not been cleaned under in quite some time. The patio furniture was not cleaned at all and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time either. The over all cleanliness was horrible. And if you are staying on the bottom level, you hear the people waking upstairs. If they cleaned the place, it would be a great place to stay.

North Myrtle Getaway

Overall impression was very good. We had aSmall issue that was handled promptly. However, it was not as clean as expected. Overall it was clean- but beer and other alcoholic beverage cans under the bed in one bedroom (both open and still sealed) were concerning - especially since this is where a child was sleeping. Used razor thrown behind a dresser and dirty dishes in the cabinet (which I know house cleaners would not have checked) put a bit of a damper on the first evening. I would just recommend that the house cleaners at least look under the beds. It was a great place to stay - close to everything and will always be remembered as a special week . The only way to the pool is through a bedroom - which we made work - but some could have an issue with that.

We loved 4911 Salt Creek Court! The location is so perfect, being almost as close to the resort as you can get without actually staying in the towers. The house was so clean when we arrived. We loved that there was no furniture with sharp edges, as we had a 2-year-old with us. And speaking of him, we’d forgotten the pack n play, but thankfully there was one in the closet! (We did have to buy a mattress for it.)The kitchen had a Keurig and a blender, which were big pluses. The washer and dryer worked well. The beds were comfy. And the TV remotes were actually easy to operate! Lol!The ONLY two drawbacks were the lack of beach toys and the access to the pool. If you don’t have kids with you, the lack of beach toys is irrelevant. However, this is our 6th time staying at North Beach, and every other house had beach toys in the garage. We shouldn’t have assumed! :)As for the pool access, you could only access the back patio/pool through one of the downstairs bedrooms. That’s where the toddler slept/napped. Since the back gate was locked, we couldn’t access the pool from outside, but of course we understand that! All in all, this is a great property. We loved it! Thank you for a great week!

We stayed at this home in May 2025. The house is beautiful, well kept, up-to-date. The pool in the back was just the right size for our 4 grandchildren to splash around in the evening without having to leave the house. The only 2 downsides to the house was: 1) some of the dishes were put away dirty. after pulling out 2 items, we went to the store and purchased disposable; and 2) the floor was really dirty. Our socks were ruined. It looked clean, but it obviously hadn't been washed. Under the couches (when we had to retrieve a ball) was riddled with fur balls. Another plus was that it was right around the corner from the resort (which was fabulous). Definitely walking distance or they have the shuttle. We didn't realize you couldn't bring wagons or coolers into the resort, so we were disappointed after walking there and being told that. There was plenty of lounge chairs. We liked that they indicated that you couldn't "hold" chairs, but we didn't see them enforcing that. Overall it was great and I would recommend this house.

The house was exactly as advertised online, no surprises. It was immaculate and sparkling clean. Very pleased. Checking in and out was easy, location was close to fishing and pools and beach (a win win win). Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Stairs to get into the front door, stairs from the living room down to the pool, most of the bedrooms are on the bottom level while the living and kitchen area are in the upper level. This is only a concern for those less able-bodied as a heads up. Lots of space to spread out and get privacy though.

Family Fun in the Sun

Check in and check out was easy.Beautiful kitchen and beautiful property. Very clean and modern.There were 8 of us. 6 adults and 2 small children.The beach was an easy walk but most of the time we took the shuttle since it was so hot the week we stayed. Even took the shuttle to Barefoot landing. Pool was an added bonus. Would definitely return to this beautiful beach house!

Fun Family Friendly Vacation

We had a great time. We've stayed in 4 homes in this community over the past few years. This house was perfect for our family. The master bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a window and outlets that we used as a room for our 15 month old. The pack-n-play was nice to be included and fit perfectly. A twin size air mattress would also fit for anyone wanting to keep a small child on the same floor as the master. The baby gate was a little tricky to operate with the stairs but we made it work. The community amenities were great. The house is only a short walk to the pools and beach. The shuttle is nice for those who can't or do not want to walk. We used it when raining. We enjoyed the heated lazy river and games in the indoor pool area during that time. A larger grill--charcoal or gas would be nice. We used the small one provided that worked but had to make food in shifts. Overall loved this house, and plan to book it again for next year as soon as the booking window opens for our dates.
