« I arrived to check in at the Tucker, Georgia location after booking through Expedia and had an awful experience. The lady at the counter named Kelly instantly became frustrated when she realized my booking was through Expedia. She pulled up my booking and I paid the $2 administration fee. « I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were super nice. They greeted us when they saw us and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was really good. Shout out to the omelet maker. My omelet was very flavorful. The bar was nice as well. Had some great drinks and they weren’t priced too expensive. Overall the hotel was great for the price as well. Will surely be making this a future spot when we come to the Atlanta area. »

« The hotel was fairly new it swmmed. It melled so fresh as I entered the lobbby. Not the typical old hotel smell. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by friendly staff and refreshements. I would highly recommend.. »
