„India checked on us during our stay. The house is located close to downtown without the congestion of downtown. It was also a quick drive to the MARTA station. The house is so cozy and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. Every once in a while you hear the train but it wasn't disruptive. You just hear it in the nackground when sitting on the porch. “

„We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The house was immaculate and the host answered all of my messages right away. The game table and arcade game didn’t work but we didn’t care as we had plenty to do otherwise. The stove is amazing if you like to cook. „We enjoyed our stay in this cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short drive to Georgia Tech and mid-town. The beds are comfortable, and the showers work well! It was a great alternative to staying in a hotel for Family Weekend. Tip: if you can’t get the front door to open with the code, try the back door! That worked better for us.“

One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay ! “

„We stayed in town for a week with 13 ppl in the house including children. All in all it was a great stay. Had a few things wrong but just minor comfort inconveniences nothing to complain about. Host was very responsive and even had maintenance come out right away. The long-term resident in the back property was really sweet as we spoke a couple times in passing. Neighborhood was quiet and honestly we'd rent again. Lots of space and stores are close no more that 15 mins and that's with traffic. ...

„I never got to stay there. I found out before we left to go there that it was a scam. The host never responded with entry information after I called and messaged the host. Actually one of the representatives from VRBO tried contacting the host also and no answer. The host does not have a voice mail set up to receive messages. It’s a SCAM. And I think VRBO should remove this host and house from their rental listing. Thanks“
