The house was perfect for the two of us. It was cozy and the owners have made great use of the limited space. Perfect beach views and access. The fireplace heater was nice to have as we were there during some cooler weather. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was stunning—peaceful, private, and felt like having our own secluded beach. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing baby sea turtles hatching right on the shore. What an adorable little place right on the beach! While it is small, they did an amazing job maximizing the space, and it lacked nothing! Cannot ask for a more convenient place to walk right out onto the beach. Both the house and the beach were clean and quiet.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and had the absolute best time. We both agree it has been our favorite vacation. The accommodations reflected everything that was mentioned in the listing, and being right on the beach with a semi private dune made it easy to go for walks on the beach in the early and late hours of the day! The only issue we ran into to no fault of the listing was the abundance of gnats! We unfortunately couldn’t enjoy our deck due to the swarms of them, but after talking with other people we weren’t alone! We hope to come back in the future!!

Loved this cute little old-fashioned beachfront cottage. The vaulted ceilings made it seem so much bigger and more open. The wood on the ceilings was also a great decorative idea. Perfect amount of space for my husband and me (two active seniors who love the beach).

This was our second time staying at the house, and the owners have made some solid updates, which made our stay mostly better than before. The new counter top and cabinets were new and clean. The addition of a dish towel (though we brought our own, just in case) made clean up easier. We were really excited about the enclosed outdoor shower, but we were a little disappointed as the water pressure wasn't great and the hot and cold water cycled, which meant inconsistent temps. In the end, we ended up just taking showers in the bathroom. Obviously, what makes this house fantastic is the beach front. It is just fantastic to sit on the deck when beach time is over. We had some weird weather during this trip - some rain, good storms, dead calm, hot and humid - finally a solid day of sun the last day. The deck was used a bit more than we expected. We will stay there again, for sure. Its just perfect for two folks - we just wish the bed was bigger. We also wish we could bring a dog, but we also understand why we cannot.

Perfect for 2 or a small family!

Loved everything about this quaint cottage. Perfectly renovated keeping some old character while also providing all of your modern day conveniences. Location and beach access were our favorite features along with the classic charm of this cottage. Will be back!

Plenty of room

Although the house was small, it was just right for the two of us. It was super clean, nicely decorated with modern furniture and finishes, and most importantly, close to the beach. Our only complaints are that the beds were full-size instead of queen or king, and the furnace/air conditioning was a little loud in the bedroom. We had an issue connecting to the WiFi at first, and although we figured it out on our own, the rental agency and owner were very responsive when we first reported it and even offered to come fix the issue. I really appreciated that.

This place was perfect for my husband and I, we are in our mid 60s and enjoyed the stay, sitting on the deck , watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or the sunset with a hot cocoa + something.....we used the second bedroom for our clothes, because the rooms are a little small, but we do that most of the time anyway....so no big deal for us....i just think it could be cleaner, it needs a long deep clean, like light switches, light hardware, inside the oven and id recommend to get some new pans foe the over, we cooked a turkey breat and were looking for a fitting pan, those i saw are disgusting but i bought my own, so other than that we had a wonderful stay.... Thank you very much...
